The next step is to slowly pour the double cream over the back of a teaspoon, the cream will float on the top of the coffee, to make the perfect drink. There are many variations of Irish coffee and whiskey is not always used in these drinks, but whiskey is the traditional way of making one of these fine coffee’s. Try experimenting with your Irish coffee, Bailey’s is a great tipple to add to one of these fine coffee’s. The better the coffee bean which is used in the coffee the better it will taste. Irish coffee is a great way to finish off a dinner party, it will impress your guests and always goes down a treat, even if you are not a coffee drinker, an Irish coffee has a unique taste to it.
